Complaints and returns

Every customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act), except in the cases described in paragraph 2 of Article 55. The order can be returned by the customer downloading the complaint and return form from Vinivel Ltd.

We only accept products that are in good commercial condition and are visibly unused, unexploited, can be accepted as new goods, and have a receipt. Refused orders are sent back to the following address: Plovdiv, 72 Raiko Daskalov Street. Pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer must send or deliver the goods back to the merchant or to a person authorized by the merchant no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer notified the merchant of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
In case of a problem with the quality of the product, we will replace the product, give a discount on the price, or refund the amount paid, with the costs of courier and/or transfer of the amount being at our expense (Article 124 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Vinivel Ltd. will refund the amount paid for the product(s) within 30 days (Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act) after ensuring that the product is in a saleable condition, to a bank account specified by the customer.
